Young people are undergoing crucial phases of physical and social development, all while they are discovering their role in the world amidst the backdrop of the climate crisis. Moreover, younger generations will face more climate-related risks than generations before them. We have engaged young individuals in focus groups to reflect on their experiences with climate change, understand their emotional responses, and explore their coping mechanisms.
